Les Louquiers
Les Louquiers is a 100 hectare (250 acre) estate located within the commune of Mons in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of south eastern France, just an hours drive from Nice. The property runs alongside the gorges de la Siagne which forms part of Natura2000, the largest coordinated network of protected areas in the world. It offers a haven to Europe's most valuable and threatened species and habitats. In order to secure the future of this unique habitat Les Louquiers is currently undertaking investment that will preserve and enhance these habitats while offering visitors a unique destination experience.
The property comprises 52 hectares of Holm Oak woodland (8 ha of truffle forest), 32 hectares of pasture, 15 hectares of arable land, and 3 bastides (stone farmhouses), 7 ruins, 4 natural wells along with various agricultural buildings. Land use Map
